I do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, but if you are unhappy with your goods please contact michele@made4eweprops.com.au.

Each item is handmade and well inspected prior to postage. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
